Cabin Crew Interview & Selection Training

Personalised coaching for candidates preparing for airline interviews — from someone who has sat on the assessing side of the table for over a decade.

A note on what this is

Cabin crew training is a separate, specialised service. My main practice is NLP and mindset coaching for professionals — if that’s what brought you here, that’s the page you want.

What we cover

Airline selection assesses a narrow set of things quite precisely. Most candidates lose points on the ones nobody told them were being watched.

  • Grooming and presentation standards
  • Communication under assessment conditions
  • Group discussion technique
  • Answering the questions behind the questions
  • Managing nerves so they don’t read as uncertainty
  • The mindset that separates a good candidate from a selected one

Common questions

Will this guarantee I get selected?

No — and be careful with anyone who says otherwise. Airlines weigh many factors, several of which are outside anyone’s control. What I focus on is making sure you walk in prepared and genuinely confident: grooming, communication and group discussion technique, presented as your best self.

What age group is this for?

The training is designed for candidates aged 18 to 26.5 years, matching typical airline eligibility criteria.

What qualifies you to teach this?

More than ten years in commercial aviation as cabin crew and as a Line Check Cabin Crew Evaluator — conducting proficiency checks and assessing crew performance — plus faculty experience at Viinzs Airhostess Training Academy in Srinagar.

Is this the same as your NLP coaching?

No. This is practical interview and selection preparation. My NLP and mindset coaching is a separate practice for professionals working on confidence, limiting beliefs and behavioural patterns — you can read about that here. Some of the mindset tools overlap; the purpose doesn’t.
