Everything is a service

I sell coaching and training sessions only. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no delivery charges.

Coaching and training sessions

Coaching and cabin crew training sessions are delivered online, or in person in Bengaluru, at the time we agree when you book.

After you pay

Your payment is confirmed on screen straight away, and Razorpay emails a receipt to the address you give at checkout. I then confirm your session time by email or WhatsApp. I reply within two business days, Monday to Saturday.

The free guide

The free guide is delivered instantly as a PDF download as soon as you submit the form.

If something goes wrong

If your payment went through but you haven’t heard from me within two business days, email hazikdijoo@gmail.com and I’ll confirm your session or refund you in full. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
