1. Nature of Services

I offer NLP-based coaching, cabin crew interview preparation training, corporate workshops, and speaking engagements. These services are for personal and professional development purposes only.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical or Mental Health Care

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment, and I am not a licensed mental health professional. If you are experiencing severe depression, suicidal thoughts, psychosis, active addiction requiring clinical treatment, PTSD or trauma requiring specialized therapy, domestic violence or abuse, or any condition needing medical or licensed psychological care, please seek support from a qualified professional. See the "Who I Do Not Coach" section on the website for more detail.

3. No Outcome Guarantees

While I bring genuine expertise and effort to every session, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes — including, but not limited to, career results, selection in job interviews (such as cabin crew recruitment), or particular personal transformations. Results depend on many factors outside my control, including your own effort and circumstances.

4. Booking, Rescheduling & Cancellation

Sessions can be rescheduled to a time that works for both parties. Please provide reasonable advance notice where possible. If you cancel a paid session before it takes place, you receive a full refund.

Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. I never see or store your card details.

5. Refund Policy

If you do not find value in a session, the full amount paid for that session is eligible for a refund. Refund requests should be made directly to me via email or WhatsApp. How and when refunds are paid is set out in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Course Enrollment

The Altitude Mindset course is currently in development. Pricing, dates, and enrollment terms will be published on the website once finalized, and will be shared with prospective participants before any payment is collected.

7. Confidentiality

What you share in coaching sessions is treated as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, branding, and course materials — belongs to Hazik Fayaz and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of these services.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

11. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
