A lot of the work I do with clients isn't about the big breakthrough moment — it's about what happens in the days between sessions. The small, consistent shifts. The one-degree corrections.
But those are also the easiest things to lose track of. You make a change, life gets busy, and a few weeks later you can't quite remember what you were even working on, or whether it's actually helping.
So I built a simple Progress Tracker — a free tool to help you check in on your own coaching or learning journey. Set what you're working on, and see how far you've come, without needing a coach in the room to keep you honest about it.
It's not a replacement for the work itself. It's just a way to make your own progress visible to you — because it's a lot easier to stay in the fight when you can actually see the course you're on.
