Most of what I write here is about mindset and how you think under pressure — but there's a physical side to performance that doesn't get enough attention: sleep.
That's especially true for people whose work schedule fights their body clock — nurses, truckers, warehouse and factory workers, first responders, pilots and cabin crew. My own aviation background made this one personal; fatigue management isn't an afterthought in flight ops, it's part of the job. Most sleep advice online assumes a normal 9-to-5, and it just doesn't hold up for people working nights or rotating shifts.
